The Details: This is an 8-week online series starting off with a 1:1 session between me and you. I'll draw on the exclusive content available to me as a Certified Daring Way Facilitator in the work of Brené Brown as well as my own tools to help participants discover or deepen your spark, that larger meaning or life purpose, or something you are longing for in your work, relationships, faith, and more. We'll do a lot a deep introspection and practice vulnerability (gulp!) in a safe and intimate environment. It's a chance to experience authentic connection with others and develop your own language and practices for showing up courageously in your life.

Timing & Cost: We’ll begin with individual zoom calls during the week of 1/27 and weekly 2-hour group sessions beginning the week of 2/3. Week 1 times will vary based on the time slot you choose for your individual video meeting. The remaining sessions will take place on Wednesdays at 11:30 am - 1:30 pm EST: February 5, 12, 19, 26, March 4, 11, 18. The cost is ~$40/session, for a total of $325 for the series (with scholarship money available!).

Requirements & What You'll Gain: You will be asked to participate in as many sessions as possible; complete some light reflection between weekly sessions (less than 1 hour a week, unless you miss a session and need to watch the recorded session and/or desire to go deeper with supplemental materials); and practice openness and vulnerability with me and other group members (who will all agree to group norms at the beginning). You will walk away with a greater understanding and passion for your spark; easily implementable tools for practicing empathy, brave conversations, and effective communication; and next steps for going further.
